SPC Machines has successfully manufactured and exported Automatic Screen Printing Machines for printing on rulers and scales with high speed .This system is designed with a ruler stacking system for autoloading the rulers,screen printing system and high precision servo Cam Indexer to finish printing automatically, reduce labor, improve efficiency.The rulers are automatically unloaded on a Conveyor where UV dryer cures the ink film on the printed rulers.The printing speed can be up to 2000 pcs/hr suitable for printing 30 cm rulers and upto 3600 pcs/hr for 15 cm rulers.
